Navaratri is een reis van negen nachten waarin de duisternis langzaam oplost en de Goddelijke Moeder Zichzelf laat zien als de kracht die zowel het bewustzijn bedekt als het weer laat ontwaken.
Het is een tijd om Shakti vanbinnen en vanbuiten te eren, om de eeuwige dans van vernietiging en vernieuwing te aanschouwen, en om te beseffen dat de overwinning van licht op schaduw eerst plaatsvindt in de diepte van het hart.
