Join Marla in the Energy Enhancement (Unifyd System) room at Inner Sage while she sings to & with you. Playing a harmonium, Marla will create a healing sonic space for you to enjoy the EE room silently or participate in communal vocal exercises & mantra singing. We will light up the body made of sound and amplify peace through our collective practice.
Uplevel the healing potential of the scalar waves with Sanskrit mantras. This special space, generated by 12 screens around the room, creates a coherent field of energy that makes you exhale and take a deep rest inside.
This is just like being in an energy vortex with a group which makes the practice very potent.
Sanskrit mantras are designed, in their vibratory pattern, for mental, emotional and physical healing.
If you like alternative, natural healing you should definitely try this class.
You may choose a comfy armchair, a zero gravity chair, a couch, or sitting the floor to participate. Get there early to get the seat you would like.
Be sure to purchase a bag of salts upon arrival. The bag of salts continues the detoxification after class is over.

The Energy Enhancement room, through technology, creates a coherent energy field designed for deep healing. It's like being in a vortex! It's advisable to be well hydrated upon arrival. Plan for a detox bath afterwards (salts available for $12 at Inner Sage). In my opinion the bath salts are necessary!
