Gershone & Gina’s unique high energy mantra music stirs the soul and soothes with flowing nectar. This participatory experience features original music with mantra chants in Sanskrit and English with kirtan-style call and response to vibrate these healing sounds within and collectively. Mantras are ancient, sacred vibrational tools that hold the highest bliss and intelligence…chanting them realigns and recalibrates our being, while grounding and emanating goodness, beauty, and love here on planet earth.

Dress comfortably for seated postures or lying down; feel welcome to bring your own yoga mat, bolsters, blankets, or anything else that makes you feel comfortable. Chairs are available.

Sensory Experience Expectations: this event will be shared in a softly lit studio with live musical instruments and chanting voices; the studio is non-heated (temperature controlled and adjusted as appropriate for the season). No candles or incense will be burned.
