100% of donations collected will benefit the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) and support their mission to save lives and bring hope to those affected by suicide.
Suicide remains a serious public health crisis in the United States. In 2024, nearly 48,824 Americans lost their lives to suicide, and an estimated 2.2 million people attempted suicide. Suicide is one of the leading causes of death in our country, affecting individuals and families from every walk of life.
Behind every statistic is a person—a son, daughter, parent, spouse, friend, or coworker whose life matters. Mental health is just as important as physical health, yet many people struggle in silence due to stigma, fear, or lack of support. By raising awareness, encouraging open conversations, and connecting people with resources, we can help save lives and remind others that they are never alone. Research continues to show that suicide is preventable and that access to support and treatment makes a difference.
This event is dedicated to honoring loved ones we've lost, supporting those who are struggling, and promoting the message that it's okay to ask for help.
Together, we can break the stigma surrounding mental health, support suicide prevention efforts, and show our community that hope is stronger than despair.
Mark your calendars for September 12, 2026, and help us drive awareness, inspire hope, and save lives—one conversation at a time. 💙🏁
