Back for the third year. Mansfield’s Strongest will again bring together strongmen and strongwomen to compete toe to toe to win one of the six classes.🚨 Entries now open 🚨
- Women’s Class 1
- Women’s Class 2
- Men’s Class 1
- Men’s Class 2
- Men’s Class 3
- Men’s Class 4
£40 per entry.
All competitors will receive a competition t-shirt.
Top 3 in each class will receive a trophy.
Men and Women’s Ultimate Warrior trophies will be presented to the persons that show the true grit and comradeship of strongman.

Event 1:
Overhead Press Medley
Time 60 seconds
Lift 1 - axle press from the floor
Lift 2 - olly bar press from the floor
Lift 3 - log from the floor for 1st lift then reps from chest.
Lift 1 and 2 must be complete before moving to lift 3.
Dropped log signals end of lifts.
Event 2
Moving medley keg / sandbag.
All implements must be carried 10 metres turn and return implement to start.
Max time be 60 seconds. Fastest time wins.
Event 3
Deadlift Ladder
- lift 1 using Strength Shop bastard bar.
- lift 2 using stiff deadlift bar.
- lift 3 (for reps) using axle bar
Max time 60 seconds.
All 3 lifts will be the same weight, difficulty increases due to change in bars used.
Event 4
Farmers handles in to power stairs (duck handle)
Handles must be carried 10 metres before taking duck 5 metres and climbing 3 stairs.
Fastest time wins, maximum 60 seconds.
Event 5
Atlas Stone to shoulder for reps over 60 seconds.
Stone must be stable on one shoulder with only one hand on the stone to complete the rep.
