Mannaz: An Overnight Gong Concert

Our sacred journey begins at 6:00 PM with mantras to tune in, followed by Kundalini yoga and meditation to open the body and quiet the mind—creating space for clear intention setting.

At 8:00 PM, enjoy a nourishing communal dinner (included), offering a beautiful opportunity to connect with fellow participants and share the energy of the evening.

9:00 PM – 5:30 AM
As the night deepens, immerse yourself in a transformative all-night Gong Concert aligned with the energy of Mannaz—the Rune of The Self.

Mannaz represents the essence of humanity, self-awareness, and our place within the greater web of life. It calls us to recognize the divine within ourselves and to honor the connections we share with others. This rune invites reflection on identity, authenticity, and the balance between individuality and community. Through Mannaz, we are guided to embrace self-knowledge as a path to harmony, clarity, and true belonging.

In the stillness of the night, the resonant vibrations of the gong will carry you inward—into deep rest, reflection, and release. Let the sound be your guide as you awaken to the truth of who you are and open to deeper connection with both self and the collective.

5:30 AM – 7:00 AM
As the first light of day breaks, join Sotantar for a heart-opening morning session. Featuring Sadhana Kriya, and a joyful Dance Celebration, this practice welcomes the dawn with movement, mantra, and shared joy—awakening the spirit and honoring the journey.

7:00 AM – 8:00 AM
We close our retreat with a warm, nourishing breakfast—time to reflect, integrate, and carry the wisdom of Mannaz into your life, honoring both your inner self and your connection to the greater whole.
