To attempt to not die halfway up, I’m starting a workout chat where I’ll post what I’m doing to get in shape. It’s a semi-accountability group, but let’s be real—I’m no trainer, so take what you want and ignore the rest. No judgment if your prep is just stretching and hoping for the best. 😆
