"If Not Me, Then Who..." 🇺🇸On Friday, April 24th, we are proud to stand as an Official Host Location for the 2026 Manion Hero WOD. We are joining thousands across the country to honor the life and legacy of 1st Lt Travis Manion (USMC) and all our nation's heroes.
This isn’t just a workout; it’s a mission to support the Travis Manion Foundation and their work with veterans and families of the fallen.

We will be running this Hero WOD during ALL scheduled class times.
7 Rounds for Time:
400 Meter Run
29 Back Squats (135/95#)
All fitness levels are welcome! Our coaches will provide scaling options for the run and the squats so everyone can participate in the honor.
