Manifesting Together — A Mother & Daughter Workshop (12+ years)

As children move into their teenage years, they begin forming deeper beliefs about themselves, their abilities and what they think is possible for their future.

This workshop is designed to create an open and empowering space for mothers and teenagers to explore manifestation, belief systems and personal potential together.

During the session you will:

• Learn the deeper mechanics of manifesting and self-belief
• Understand how limiting beliefs form — and how to challenge them
• Create conversations around goals, dreams and ambitions
• Build tools that support confidence, resilience and clarity
• Strengthen the relationship between mother and child through shared understanding

This session isn’t about telling young people what they should want from life. It’s about giving them the confidence, awareness and language to explore what they want — and helping mothers support that journey.
