Come set intentions with us before the sound bath, then let the vibrations of the Himalayan sound bowls reset and relax your nervous system. After the sound bath, we'll share a short presentation about the Redondo Beach Center for Spiritual Living Teen Program and Teen Summer and Winter Camp, a program that empowers teens to discover they are the creators of their lives. We teach "Change Your Thinking, Change Your Life," giving teens tools and practices to manifest a life they love.

Bring a yoga mat, eye cover, pillow, or anything you need to feel comfy.
