19:45–20:00 | Intention Setting
We align together – please bring paper and pen to write down your personal intention.
20:00–20:30 | Theta Healing Meditation
Through this powerful meditation, we connect with our roots, our Higher Self, and the subconscious to manifest our desires.
20:30–21:00 | Chakra Clearing with Breathwork
We cleanse our energy field and chakras with a special embodied breathing technique.
21:00–21:30 | Embodiment of the Higher Self
We embody the Higher Self that already lives our vision – through movement, dance, and music.
21:30–22:00 | Integration with Crystal Bowls & Reiki
To close, we lie down and receive sound healing, accompanied by Reiki energy harmonization.

Meet Your Host

Nina Sun

Nina has been practicing various healing methods for over 13 years to help people connect with their full potential and Higher Self. She is a certified Theta Healer® specialized in “Manifesting & Abundance” and studied Reiki & Pranic Healing in the sacred city of Rishikesh, India.
In addition, she has developed her own somatic method that combines ThetaHealing meditation with breathwork and chakra clearing to strengthen the connection to the body and the roots, allowing the Higher Self to be
fully embodied during the session.
After a long festival tour, Nina has just returned from leading the workshop “Manifest Your Festival” and opening rituals, where she created sacred spaces for large audiences and supported participants in connecting with their intention, their roots, the universe, and their Higher Self. Nina loves creating transformative spaces and healing sessions that guide people on their journey toward their full potential.
