A 6-week Breathwork manifestation journey where breath becomes the gateway to clarity, alignment, and receiving.
Manifestation doesn’t happen in the mind. It happens in the body. In our nervous system. In the places where safety, desire, intuition, and truth actually live.
This six week series is designed to help you clear out the old, open to the new, and embody the energy of the life you want to create in 2026.
Through transformational Breathwork, the #1 body-based healing modality, and a safe group space for reflection, you’ll learn how to manifest from a grounded, embodied place where your deepest desires can finally be felt and received.
Each week includes:
• A transformational Breathwork journey using silent disco headphones, the most powerful way to drop out of your head and into your body where your desires actually live
• Guided journaling prompts that prime you for the session and help you integrate afterward
• A safe, supportive space to reflect, share, and connect with the group if you feel called
This series will help you expand your capacity to receive, trust your body’s wisdom, and step into the energy of your most aligned year yet.
Weekly Themes
Week 1 Clear the Body
Release stagnant energy and create the space your desires need to land.
Week 2 Align the Heart
Open the emotional body and reconnect with the truth of what you really want.
Week 3 Rewire Beliefs
Use breath to interrupt old patterns and create new inner pathways of possibility.
Week 4 Embody the Future
Step into the energy and frequency of the version of you who already has what she desires.
Week 5 Receive Through the Nervous System
Expand your capacity to receive by cultivating safety, openness, and trust in your body.
Week 6 Embody and Integrate
Anchor your vision into your body and step into the new year clear, connected, and embodied.
Please note: this style of Breathwork is not suited for those with the following: High (uncontrolled) blood pressure, glaucoma, detached retina, cardiovascular disease, aneurysm in brain or abdomen, uncontrolled thyroid conditions and diabetes, epilepsy, diagnosis of bipolar disorder or schizophrenia, any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions which would impair or affect ability to engage in any activities that involve intense physical and/or emotional release.
