Manifestation on the Mat

Join us on April 19th at The Empress for a powerful afternoon of yoga manifestation. It's officially spring, which means it's the perfect time for preparing to receive everything the universe is about to deliver.

Hosted by The Elystara Collective, this sequence of asanas (the movement of Yoga) will focus on opening your chakras and dusting off any vibrations that no longer serve you.

This event is for all skill levels with a Hatha style delivery (slow and steady). If you have any limitations, please make sure to come early and discuss any possible modifications you'll need to know about ahead of time. Hypermobile humans are welcome (it's Elystara's speciality).

If you'd like to boost your manifestation, you're invited to bring along a favorite citrine crystal or purchase one at the shop ahead of time. During our intention setting in the beginning, as well as during Savasana in the end, you'll have an opportunity to connect with your crystal to strengthen your manifestation intentions!

The only thing required is a mat, but you're highly encouraged to bring water, a towel, and any props you think you might need, specifically yoga blocks. Don't forget sunscreen!
