An intention is a directed impulse of consciousness that contains the seed form of that which you aim to create. Like real seeds, intentions can’t grow if you hold on to them.Only when you release your intentions into the fertile depths of your consciousness can they grow and flourish. Everything that happens in the universe begins with intention.
Intention is much more powerful when it comes from a place of contentment than if it arises from a sense of lack or need. Intentions are a way to ground the mind, when the mind wanders there is always the original intent to return to.
A dream written down becomes a goal. A goal broken down into steps becomes a plan. A plan backed by action makes your dreams come true.
Manifest your dreams in this workshop! Start with a grounding meditation followed by a gentle flow, then flip through the magazines and create your vision board.
