MANIFEST MIRACLES MINI RETREAT

Manifest Miracles Retreat is a combination of sound healing, breathwork, reiki and journaling to help you manifest your dreams and bring physical, mental, emotional and spiritual healing to the mind, body and soul.

What to expect?

Manifest Miracles Retreat involves:

1. Journaling – Using the law of attraction to manifest our dreams, wishes and letting go of what no longer serves us.

2. Breathwork – Harnessing the power of our breath through various breathing techniques to bring the body into a state of calm, balance and endurance.

3. Reiki Healing Energy - Receiving reiki healing energy to manifest your dreams.

4. Sound Bath – Receiving sound healing from a combination of my Tibetan, crystal singing bowls, gong, drum and chimes.
