Join Taylor & Betsy at Shantiful (16674 N 91st St STE 102, Scottsdale, AZ 85260) for a peaceful group hypno and sound bath with @betsyogini & @homlistic.healing to dive deep into a meditation aimed at helping you zone in on your deepest desires.
Shantiful is a calm oasis in North Scottsdale with ample parking. Yoga mats, bolsters, and blankets are provided, but you are welcome to bring an additional blanket, sweater, or water for your comfort.
Hosted by Betsy's company, Neptune Works, Betsy will lead the sound experience, while Taylor of Homlistic Healing will guide guests into a deep state of relaxation through hypnosis techniques. Hypno essentially helps quiet the mind and puts you into the theta state, where sound instruments aid in keeping you relaxed, present, and calm.
We will offer refhresments and social time post-class.
