Start the new year with an intentional afternoon of Vinyasa and Vision Boards, a Yoga Journey community tradition now in its 13th year.Join Leslie for a deeply contemplative 90-minute practice inspired by mindful flow and subtle energetic awareness. This practice invites you to slow down, move with intention, breathe consciously, and meet yourself exactly where you are. As the new year begins, we take time to reflect on the wisdom of what has been, open to what is possible, and gently anchor into the present moment as life continues to unfold. This is yoga in its fullest sense.
Following practice, you will be guided into a deeply meditative state to support clarity, intention, and integration. From this grounded place, we’ll transition into creating vision boards—giving shape to your hopes, dreams, and intentions for the year ahead through creativity and community.
