2026 Maniaci Family Reunion FAQ
When: Sunday, July 19th, 2026, Noon to 6 pm. Lunch at 1:30 pm
Where: The Rotary Pavilion in Rotary Park, 4100 W Highland Rd, Mequon, WI
• Enclosed area with 16 picnic tables
• Kitchen prep area with sink, tables, microwave and electrical outlets
• Men and Women rest rooms
• One small charcoal grill, one large charcoal grill
• Kids play area, soccer field, open greenspace for bocce ball
• Ample parking adjacent to pavilion
• No dogs or cats allowed
What will it cost:
• The cost for rentals, meats, beverages, beer, and picnic supplies is about $900 in total. We hope to have at least 60 people attend. So the cost works out to $15 per person, payable when you arrive on the 19th.
What will be provided:
• Grilled Meat: Chicken, Italian Sausage, Hamburgers, Hot Dogs
• Buns for hot dogs, hamburgers and sausage buns
• Condiments for sandwiches such as ketchup, mustard, and relish, sliced tomatoes lettuce, sliced onions, lettuce, and pickles
• Assorted cold beverages: Coke, Pepsi, 7-Up, Root Beer, Orange Crush, Ginger Ale, Bottled Water
• Coffee, cream & sugar (regular & decaf)
• One ¼ keg of beer, either Miller Lite or Spotted Cow (about 70-80 cups)
• Napkins, plates, hot & cold cups, eating utensils, paper towels
• Cannoli will be provided for dessert after lunch
What you should bring:
• Food to Share: An Appetizer, Hot or Cold Side Dish, or a Dessert
• Family pictures to share
• Games like bocce ball, frisbee, a soccer ball or football, baseball glove
What we still need:
• Two or three people to volunteer to help grill food between Noon and 2 PM
How you can help:
• RSVP to [email protected] by July 10. This will help us order the proper amount of food and beverages.
• Let us know if you would like to volunteer to help grill food.
• Help us complete our Family Tree at the reunion by filling in gaps and making corrections to our family history.
Family Artifacts on Display
• Various family pictures and artifacts will be displayed
• The Maniaci Aunts Cookbook will be on display
• The 50th Wedding Anniversary photo album of Nunzio & Rose will be displayed
• The Maniaci Family Coat of Arms will be displayed
• Digital images of many of these can be provided to you at a later date
