We're thrilled to be welcoming MANHATTAN SHORT back to Manitowoc Public Library. This is the second of two nights that we will be screening the ten short films in the festival in the Balkansky Community Room, with both nights kicking-off at 5 PM. Please note that the same films will be screened on both nights of the festival.
