This summer Mango Yoga Adventures will be hosting a Tuesday Evening Yoga series at Montfair Resort Farm. Enjoy a relaxing Vinyasa practice by Catherine B. McMahon with a lakefront view.
What: Easeful Vinyasa practice accessible for all levels. Drop-in fee of $17/person per class. 3-class pass option for $45.
When: Tuesday evenings this summer beginning May 6, 6:30-8:00pm
Where: Montfair Resort Farm
You will drive into Montfair and go to the left past the check-in cottage down to the lodge area.
Please bring your own mat. A limited amount of yoga blocks will be available. Please bring whatever you may have for yourself along the lines of supports: blocks, blanket and strap/belt/rope ;)
