Manga and Coloured Illustration Workshop - VAC Open House

This event is suitable for ages 8 and above.

Step into the world of manga and bring your own character to life in this fun and engaging workshop ! Designed for beginners and aspiring young artists, this 1.5 hours session introduces the fundamentals of manga-style drawing and coloured illustration in a clear, step-by-step approach.

Guided by our instructors, you will develop your character from an initial sketch to clean line art, before adding colour using watercolour and colour pencils.

This workshop focuses on both creativity and technique, helping participants build confidence while learning how to create visually engaging illustrations in a supportive studio environment. It is perfect for those who are new to drawing or looking to explore manga art for the first time.
