Who doesn't want to have more fun on the bike? For our team of instructors, adding skill based maneuvers is a guaranteed way to have more fun on trail, in your backyard or playing around with friends. The SMBA Maneuvers Clinic will introduce and develop skills that are not only functional on trail but they will add style to your ride.
So what maneuvers will be covered?
- Wheelies
- Manuals
- Nose Pivots
- Bunny Hops
To be clear, all riders are welcome. Maneuvers in this clinic will be introduced at their most basic level and built upon to their full advanced form. Yes, these are advanced maneuvers but value will be gained for newer riders. Light intermediate riders (and above) are the target market for this clinic as certain skills such as brake modulation, wheel lifts and confident balance will help riders reach their goals. This clinic is scheduled for 2 hours with plenty of practice time on each skill.
SMBA instructor Jon Merrifield will be the lead instructor. Jon is one of the highest certified instructors in the country with a PMBIA Level 3. Our team loves riding with Jon because following him is always an adventure. Playful would be the word to describe his riding AND his coaching. This clinic is not one that you want to miss!
