👉 Important: Applications will only be handed out at this meeting! So attendance is required to apply!
💙 To qualify, applicants must:
1️⃣ Show a need for better housing (overcrowded, unsafe, etc.)
2️⃣ Have the ability to pay an affordable mortgage
3️⃣ Be willing to partner by helping build your future home (a little sweat equity goes a long way!)
This is more than just a housing program, it’s a partnership that builds strength, stability, and self-reliance through homeownership. 🛠️
