Join us for a heart-opening morning of creativity, mindfulness, and connection.
In this intimate 2.5-hour circle, we’ll blend art, meditation, and ceremonial cacao to reconnect you with your calm, clarity, and creativity.

You’ll begin with a guided meditation and a cup of ceremonial cacao, known as “the food of the gods,” to gently open your heart and set your intention.

Then, you’ll paint your own pre-cut wooden mandala using acrylic pens — a mindful process that supports emotional release and inner harmony.

Throughout the session, Andrea Freind, holistic coach and Reiki master, will share insights on how the creative process supports emotional regulation, resilience, and healing — helping you bring mindfulness into everyday life.
