Join us for a transformative experience where you can dive deep into your inner world and explore the power of mandalas.

The 8-hour workshop will take place in Niagara Falls, On, and will be divided into 4 sessions of 2 hours each, taking place on Saturdays: November 9, 16, 23, and 30, 2024, at 11:00 AM.

Mandalas are geometric designs that can help promote relaxation and mindfulness.

Painting and meditating help us to increase oxytocin, releases serotonin, dopamine, and endorphin, the feel-good hormones.

It reduces and prevents stress and anxiety levels.

The mandala empowers and allows us to experience a feeling of unity, the non-separation feeling and connect us with our own self, with our heart!

In this unique workshop we invite you to experience the power of being fully present.

During this 8 hour Immersion you will:

✨Learn how to create a mandala step by step, from scratch on 12x12in canvas.

✨Learn how to meditate using the mandala as a powerful tool.

✨No prior experience is necessary, and all materials will be provided.

✨We speak Spanish.
