Discover the calming world of Mandala Art
Art – especially Mandala Art – is a wonderful way to slow down, relax and reconnect with your creative side. Mandalas, meaning “sacred circle” in Sanskrit, have been used for centuries as a way to encourage focus, balance and a sense of inner calm.
In these friendly, welcoming workshops, you’ll explore how creating simple patterns and shapes can help quiet the mind and create space for reflection. We’ll also look at the meaning behind different colours and how they can influence the mood and feel of your artwork.
You can choose to follow traditional circular mandala designs or take inspiration from everyday objects around you, using the mandala style to create something personal and unique. Each week, you’ll work on a different canvas, giving you the chance to experiment and build a collection of your own pieces over time.
No experience is needed – just come along, enjoy the process, and give yourself some time to unwind and create.
