Jesse and Tom will host our Friday night walking session at the MHS track starting at 5 PMEveryone is welcome. All levels are welcome! It doesn’t matter whether you walk one lap or 20 laps and we walk at our own pace!
There are no expectations for how long you have to stay . This is just a way to get together with friends and neighbors and maybe even some family members and get outside. Get some fresh air in a safe and friendly family environment.
No one is trying to sell you anything
The only rule is to be good neighbors, and to encourage each other and support each other in our efforts to live a healthier lifestyle
We meet every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at the MHF athletic complex unless the high school is using the facility
