• 👫 Teams: Male or Female Pairs - (Not Mixed)
• 🏆 Categories: Amateur & Experienced
• 👕 Bonus: Team names printed on shirts & Fancy Dress is highly encouraged!
• 💰 Entry: £50.00 per team
The Gauntlet (5 Events):
1. Log Press: Tag Team Reps (60s)
2. Max Deadlift: Tandem Style on the Cratos Bar ⛓️
3. Frame Carry: 30m Tag Team Style (Both athletes run)
4. Thomas Dumbbell: 60s Ladder
5. Yoke & Sandball: 15m Yoke + 15m Sandball over Yoke (Tag Team)
