About this Event

This Sister Circle offers a gentle, supportive space for Women to explore emotional healing, self-kindness, and personal restoration in a calm and understanding environment.

Many women carry emotional pain silently - from past relationships, family experiences, work pressures, loss, trauma, unmet expectations, or years of putting others first. Over time, this emotional weight can affect confidence, wellbeing, and the way we speak to ourselves. Instead of offering compassion inwardly, many people develop patterns of self-criticism, guilt, or emotional suppression.

This session is designed to help participants begin releasing that burden.

Through guided discussion, reflective activities, and shared experiences, we will explore:

  • Understanding emotional wounds and where they come from
  • Recognising patterns of self-criticism and negative self-talk
  • Learning how to respond to difficult emotions with kindness
  • Developing healthy emotional boundaries
  • Building emotional resilience and self-trust
  • Practising forgiveness - for self and others
  • Creating space for ongoing healing and growth

The focus on self-compassion encourages participants to treat themselves with the same care, patience, and empathy they naturally give to others. Rather than striving for perfection, this session supports learning how to accept yourself fully - including imperfections, past mistakes, and emotional vulnerabilities.

Participants will be supported to reflect at their own pace. Sharing is always optional, and everyone is encouraged to honour their own comfort levels. This is not about “fixing” yourself - it is about learning to support yourself with greater understanding and care.
