Public speaking is the #1 fear in America — but it doesn't have to hold you back. On June 6, Spotlight Toastmasters dedicates an entire session to the theme of Managing Fear: what it is, where it comes from, and how to transform it into confidence, clarity, and courage.

Whether you freeze at the podium, avoid difficult conversations, or simply want to feel more at ease speaking up — this meeting was made for you.

This is not a lecture. It's a live, interactive experience where real people share real stories, practice in a safe environment, and leave feeling more capable than when they walked in.
