About this Event
Maria, our expert facilitator will provide case law and practical guidance on the complex issues around managing ethical and inclusive redundancy and TUPE processes. This interactive workshop will include examples from case law which explain the practical methods for organisations to ensure the processes they use for staff lead to inclusive, legal, ethical, fair and compassionate outcomes.

This free event for members (£10 for non-members) forms part of a series under the running title "Building our people and culture toolkit" offering members a range of topical subjects for both generalists and specialists.
