About this Event

An interactive workshop to share practical experiences, challenges, and responses to common disruptions in the fashion and textiles industry.

Hosted by academic teams from both our Business School and the Manchester Institute of Fashion, you'll explore practical tools for analysis, assess external resources to help manage disruption, and develop an actionable plan to strengthen the resilience of your business.

It's an interactive workshop, so expect plenty of discussions to take part in!

What to expect:

  • You'll identify and discuss key forms of disruption affecting the fashion and textile industry.
  • You'll apply practical tools to categorise disruptions and their potential impact, and inform strategic responses.
  • You'll map and assess external resources to manage disruption, including identifying gaps.
  • You'll develop strategic actions to strengthen your company's resilience.

To make sure that everyone can take part in the discussions and learn to use the practical tools we share, we typically host 20 people at our workshops.

Refreshments are included.
