Learn practical strategies for prioritizing self-care while balancing holiday expectations. This workshop offers a compassionate space to help you approach the season with greater confidence and well-being.

About the Presenter: Christina Jackson, LPC-MHSP(Temp.), helps children, teens, and adults heal from trauma, navigate grief, and manage anxiety. She practices therapy at Insight Counseling Centers’ offices in Cookeville, Murfreesboro, and through telehealth.
