We’re excited to bring MDC on the Road, a two-day immersive training experience designed to strengthen leadership, elevate the client experience, and drive meaningful results across our Hand & Stone locations. This program also features a Train the Trainer component, empowering leaders to sustain and reinforce these standards within their teams.

Rooted in the Hand & Stone vision—"Make it the Best Hour of Their Month"—this training focuses on the Voice of the Customer (SMG), our Client Experience Framework (Welcome, Empower, Connect), and proven strategies to support membership growth and retention. Through hands-on role play and collaborative coaching workshops, leaders will build confidence and consistency in every client interaction.

From enhancing phone performance and gift card sales to mastering membership conversations and objection handling, MDC on the Road equips our teams with the tools for long-term success.
