The innate ability of self-hypnosis that each one of us possesses, whether we realize it or not. The subconscious mind controls how we feel, think, respond, and behave, all of this, automatically, below the level of consciousness. Because of this, many people don’t realize that it IS possible to change those old responses into something new, and constructive.

Deane specializes in working with clients who experienced trauma, including veterans, first responders, and ordinary folks challenged by anxiety. Over several years, working closely with therapists and doctors, he saw how trauma and anxiety go hand-in-hand, and realized that before anything else, the anxiety must be made manageable.

Whether you experience situational or chronic anxiety, in this short course, Deane will present techniques that have worked to relieve anxiety for hundreds of people, as well as the inspiring insights he has uncovered along the way.

In this workshop you will:

• Learn self-hypnosis, how to empower yourself with the unlimited part of the mind, the subconscious.

• Discover how to equip yourself with straightforward tools for real life situations.

• Receive written materials as well as a recording to work with at home to support what you’ve learned.

Deane Benninghoven is a Certified Hypnotist and Instructor and founder of Summit Hypnosis, and The Summit School of Hypnosis. His experience with hypnosis began more than 20 years ago after a debilitating car accident left him looking for answers. Through self-hypnosis he discovered a way to control his physical pain, as well as his own anxiety and trauma response stemming from a traumatic childhood. Deane draws fresh inspiration every day from his interactions with his clients and seeing them step into a new way of thinking, being, and doing things.
