Let’s walk together this Father’s Day!
Let’s make this walk BIG. The more dads, the stronger the message: "Fatherhood matters, and no dad walks alone".
Join us for Man With A Pram on Father’s Day!
This short, meaningful stroll through Belair National Park, raises awareness and support for perinatal mental health, especially for dads facing anxiety and depression. Together, we can create a more inclusive environment and break down the stigmas surrounding dads' mental health. Let's encourage open conversations and build stronger support networks for all families. Join me and be part of the movement to change how the health system supports fathers during the perinatal period.
When: Father’s Day - Sunday, 7th of September 2025
Where: Belair National Park - We'll meet at the carpark
Whether you're pushing a pram, walking solo, with the family, or bringing your mates, everyone is welcome. After the walk, stick around for a barbecue and some good old-fashioned dad chat around one of the most popular playgrounds in the area. This is a chance to share stories, laugh, and build community.
