About this Event

We will learn how to make a beet flavored egg dough and work a semolina dough. Attendees can expect to bring home two boxes of pasta they’ve made themselves with directions on the best ways to prepare and serve to share. Everyone will also get their own gnoochi board so they can share their knowledge for years to come.
