Baby Sleep Advice & Tips with Laura of Sleep Success:

A sleep coach can wear many hats. Sometimes I’m a shoulder to cry on, sometimes a counsellor, other times a planner, designer or problem solver. I can be teacher, trainer, but always a good listener. Whatever you need, I’m here for you.Sleep Success was created from sheer passion for all things related to sleep and well-being. I was so inspired by the help I’d received and the improvements I’d made to my daughter’s routine when I did some sleep coaching with her, that when I took a step back to admire the results, I just had to pay it forward. Going from a sleep deprived existence to living a full, well-rested life with a baby who sleeps (allowing everyone else to sleep) is an absolute game changer.

I’m one of a very select group of sleep coaches who’ve had the privilege of being trained by the wonderful Heidi from The Parent and Baby Coach. Let me tell you, when it comes to sleep coaching, gone are the days of putting a baby in a room and closing the door. I’m trained to look at everything that could be preventing your child from sleeping well. I take a holistic approach when trying to identify the root cause of what’s impacting sleep, as sometimes the cause is not as obvious as we might like.
