Are you a woman 40 or older who is uninsured or underinsured, has never had a screening mammogram, or hasn't had one in over 12 months? You may be eligible for a mammogram!
Open to clients of Native Americans for Community Action (NACA), or anyone who has or is willing to establish care with NACA. If you have insurance, you can still be screened - bring your proof of insurance and a photo ID.
Get 1 gift per screening, or 2 gifts when you complete both a mammogram and a pap smear!
