🔥 WORKSHOP STRUCTURE
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
1. Footwork & Body Mechanics – 1 hour
We start with individual work focused on timing, rhythm, weight transfer and body organization. This part prepares the body for partnerwork and helps dancers move with more precision, control and confidence.
2. Partnerwork Drills – 30 minutes
Through focused drills, we break down the key technical elements behind the partnerwork: leading and following, preparation, direction, frame, arm mechanics and more. Small details, big difference.
3. Partnerwork Combination – 1 hour
Dancers will learn an intricate partnerwork combination with hand tricks, changes of direction, spins and playful transitions. The goal is to make complex material feel clear, smooth and ready for the social dance floor.
4. Practice & Personal Feedback – 30 minutes
We finish with guided practice and personal corrections. Dancers will have time to repeat the material, refine the details, ask one-on-one questions and receive personal feedback from Ouissam and Martina.
