Calling all expecting and postpartum mothers!
Thursday, August 7th group, we will be meeting at the Paul Bunyan trail head in Nisswa and going for a walk on the trail!
This free class is designed just for you. Real Life Wellness is partnering with Crow Wing County who will also provide a space for questions and education surrounding your health as a mom.
This class will be designed in a way to allow you to bring your littles with and we will have extra hands to help you out with them during class.
