Join us for a mindful hike for moms and their little ones, guided by Sara of Bee Mindful. This outdoor gathering invites moms and toddlers to slow down, connect with nature, and share simple mindfulness moments together.We’ll enjoy a relaxed hike with a few gentle grounding activities along the way and end with a short gratitude moment, creating space for both moms and littles to feel refreshed and supported.
We’ll begin at the lower trailhead and head south. The trail includes an incline that’s just challenging enough to naturally slow down energetic littles before continuing into the tree line.
This is a low-pressure, come-as-you-are gathering. Dress for the weather, bring a snack, and come ready to breathe, move, and connect.
