We will be incorporating baby wearing, pelvic floor movements and sweating!! Bring a mat, and if you would like weights you’ll need to bring those as well!
Max age is 11- all children younger are welcome!!
The goal is to let the kids enjoy tummy time, baby wearing, or wandering around making friends! Bring snacks for your kids!
If you are more anxious and reserved about your kid wandering or other kids coming and mingling, I will have a wristband so no unwanted conversations have to be had.
