About this Event
Motherhood is beautiful, but it can also feel heavy and isolating. This event is here to give you space to breathe, move, and connect—while knowing your baby is cared for.
Join Cadence postpartum life coach and founder of Find Your Cadence Coaching, and Sandra, certified personal trainer and women’s coaching specialist, for an afternoon of mindfulness, strength, and community.
✨ Here’s what to expect:
- Start with a mindfulness practice for mama and baby led by Cadence, to ground your body and mind and invite calm into your day.
- Hand your baby over for gentle baby minding, so you can focus on yourself with peace of mind.
- Move with Sandra as she guides you through a strength and mobility workout tailored for postpartum bodies, designed to help you feel strong, capable, and connected to your body again.
- End with facilitated conversation and connection time led by Cadence, giving you the chance to meet other moms and feel supported by community.
About Sandra:
Sandra is a Canfitpro certified personal trainer, strength and mobility specialist, resilience coach, and GGS-1 Certified Women’s Coaching Specialist. With a lifelong passion for movement, she empowers women to embrace their strength and vitality, helping them rebuild confidence in their bodies after having a baby.
About Cadence:
Cadence is a postpartum life coach who helps new moms navigate the emotional and mental shifts of early motherhood. With a background in childcare, early childhood education, and nutrition coaching, she supports moms in finding calm, reducing guilt, and building confidence as both a parent and a person.
