Please join us for an Italian-inspired dining, flowing wine, and live music experience at Willow Falls of Johnsonville!On May 21st, join us for Mama Mia! — An Italian Inspired Evening of Wine & Song, with a five-course wine pairing experience brought to life with live music performances. This is another of our amazing dinners made even more exciting with the very popular Bella Musik, We are so thrilled to have them performing here, and if the weather permits we may begin our evening on the patio.
From the first course to the final toast, the night unfolds with beautifully paired wines, thoughtfully crafted dishes, and moments of music, and fun woven between courses. Prizes and surprises through the evening as well.
THE MENU
• Antipasto Della Casa - A charcuterie-style antipasto board fore-shadowing things to come for our new Weingarten.
• Ribollita Soup - A hearty Italian style white bean soup (vegetarian)
• Insalata L'Orto - A delicious salad of chopped fresh vetetables and traditional viniagrette
• La Tavola Italiana - Pappardelle pasta with Slow Braised Pork Ragu
• Torta al Limone - Olive oil cake with lemon, thyme, and mascarpone
