There is an enormous amount of meat on a pig’s head, and so many ways to enjoy it! As more people support small farmers, or even grow their own pigs, it becomes necessary to learn some of the skills of our ancestors! It will surprise you, how good this actually is! This pork was raised in Whitefish at ROCHAFARM, on non-GMO feed, in the great outdoors. The quality is outstanding.

You will get your own pig head and you will bring home what you produce!
You need to bring the largest stock pot you own, sharp knives, especially a boning or fileting knife.
