This all-levels vinyasa flow blends mindful movement and intentional breathwork to help you feel balanced, strong, and deeply reconnected to yourself.

Each class moves through dynamic sequences that build energy, flexibility, and confidence — while honoring your body’s unique rhythm and capacity. Expect gentle strength-building, grounding breathwork, and space to recharge in the company of other moms who understand the juggle of motherhood and the need for time to simply be.
