You will understand what's happening in your body, build trust in yourself, let go of fears you might have accumulated in your lifetime, learn how you and your partner can support the physiological birth process, how to make choices that are right for you and your baby, and how to protect your birth within the maternity system, plan for postpartum period including arranging the support, preparing for breastfeeding.
2. We will discuss realistic and gentle newborn sleep approach and you will understand how to start your breastfeeding journey smoothly.
3. We will also do pregnancy yoga and have a maternity photoshoot.
