Mama + Baby Dance Fusion and Fitness Class + Social

Join us on May 30th for a special dance fitness experience with your baby. All classes are designed to be inclusive and accessible—no prior dance experience is required. We proudly welcome participants of all levels.

The Mama & Baby classes are a fun way to workout while enjoying light movement with your baby or mini (toddlers welcome!). Your baby is used as a gentle, playful added weight!

Expect upbeat tunes, feel-good dance moves, light fitness flow—and of course, lots of baby giggles! 40 minute workout followed by 20 minutes of Social Time!

This event is $10 for Tummy Time Club members or $20 for non-members. We are so excited to dance and chill with you on Saturday May 30th!

Class will be held at Surf Salutations in Oceanside and is hosted by Wave Fusion Fitness. Please arrive by 11:30AM.
