Class is located in the yoga studio inside Mcnab Wellness center at the creekside plaza building.
This is a 30 minute class.
Yoga is a simple way to engage & connect with the whole family. When your little one sees you practicing movement & meditation, you are encouraging the healthy habits of life wellness.
Calling all mamas! Come enjoy a nice, easy, breezy yoga class with your little tike! Ages 0-5. This class is going to be very laid back—we will focus on mama getting a good stretch and self care time in while your babe plays alongside the mat or joins in the fun.
Please bring a few of their favorite quieter toys, and perhaps a snack. Know that we are working to create a safe environment for you and your love to learn and explore together. Breastfeeding friendly environment!
The class will modify depending on the age range in attendance:
Infant mamas: Feel free to bring a wear-carrier or know that they will be safe to crawl/roll around their own yoga mat next to you.
Toddler/pre-school age mamas: we will engage in fun animal poses and maybe sing a song or two.
Let’s get together as a collective, nourishing community and bond with our little youngsters.
